  Ruby's is a place I go to off and on for years. Both this location and Culpeper.
  
  I went to Warrenton Ruby's yesterday and got a classic bacon cheeseburger with the all new cheese fries with bacon. The cheese fries are loaded with cheese. Good favor everything cooked right.
  
  Also new chocolate mousse cake. Service once can be slow, good place if you like to relax and not in a hurry to be somewhere. Staff is friendly.

  I have been to Ruby's in Warrenton a few times this year and I don't know why.  It must be because of their salad bar.  Their service has been terrible and their 6oz. steak is difficult to see on your plate.  Don't order a steak smaller than 8oz.  The best option at Ruby's is their salad bar.  If you like to go out on the town and fill up on lettuce, Ruby Tuesday may be the place for you.  Usually the seating is terrible and the service is too.  Their brownie with ice cream is a good dessert but other restaurants and ice cream shops have the same.  As you may have guessed, I do not recommend recommend Ruby Tuesday and the only reason I go there is because someone in my eat out club has unfortunately selected Ruby's and they will not listen to me.

  The restaurant itself is nice,clean and service is good. The wait staff is nice and always willing to help.
  My major complaint is that their margaritas are horrible. I've ordered their Traditional (which is supposed to have a flat of Gran Mariner) never does. The first time it happened the manager had the GM put in the drink. OK, mistakes are made, no biggy.
  Several weeks later I ordered another one with dinner. No GM (and by the way their mix is bitter without it) so I just sent it back.
  Never one to give up easily, I tried again last night but I asked the waitress to make sure the GM was in the drink as a float, meaning not stirred after the GM is poured. The drink comes, no float and you can tell when a drink has GM poured in it. It didn't!! Really, not so much to complain about because everything else OK, so just frustrated.

  We got a great deal on $24.99 dinner for 2 b/c we are on the mailing list.
  All you can eat salad bar. Love the crackers on the side with the salad.  
  
  Had the Tilapia (it is awesome) along with a perfectly cooked baked potato.  Wife had the Steak which was outback quality, cooked perfect and seasoned nicely.
  
  The dessert for two which was included was enormous chocolate brownie with ice cream and whipped cream.  Of course this was great.
  
  Our waitress Francesca was very friendly and service was prompt all the way thru!
  
  Hope they have this again next Sunday, if so, I am there!

  Sat down to eat, ordered the chicken tender dinner and the chicken bites appetizer. Both were cold and undercooked. Told the waiter and he was very understanding about it. He took the food off of our checks and didn't charge anything extra.
